Very good ice cream at good prices! This small, one room ice cream gets super busy during the summer. Be prepared to wait in a line that snakes out the front, down the stairs, and onto the sidewalk! There's a good reason for this line - it's the great range of flavours, the quality of the icecream, and the amount you get for good prices.Pro tip - if you face the store, and look to your right about 10 feet, there is a small nook with two benches . Grab a seat right there to sit and eat your ice cream. It's quiet and a great place to people watch! Beware of friendly puppies - they like to snatch ice cream cones as they are walked by. ;)

Excellent ice cream at reasonable prices. Try to go early in the day or off hours as the line can go on for blocks, so we were told by the staff there.

Great ice cream store! I've been there a few times while visiting my family that lives in town. It's really good! The kids cones are only a $1.

The best ice cream around with the best customer service! Such yummy flavors. I went with Huckleberry, BlackBerry, and Chocolate Mousse and it was pretty much the greatest decision of their life. And their homemade waffle cones are divine!

have tried to get ice cream here twice! but it has been closed both times. today, father's day, after a long hike all my dad and i wanted was to get a nice scoop of ice cream. we rushed here after the hike, arriving with a minute to spare to run inside and get a scoop. but this establishment had put a chain across their door at 5:29 (before closing time), barring any ice cream lovers from grabbing a quick scoop!! ice cream is supposed to be fun, but kapaws iskreme is only disappointing. this is appalling behavior, especially since this is the only ice cream shop on the whole island. back for a third try? i dont think so

I moved to WA recently from America’s Dairy land and it was killing my wife and I because we couldn’t find decent ice cream in the Seattle area. We tried all the “highly recommended” ice cream places in Seattle and none of them were very good. We tried Kapaws Iskreme and my oh my was it delicious! Such rich and creamy ice cream and for a super affordable price. Loved it!

Totally awesome. Small is huge! Lots of yummy flavors. We've been out this way to Fort Casey several times and have now found Coupeville. The historic downtown is a great place to go.

If you are in Coupeville and its summer time, squeeze yourself in line and get some of this ice cream. Its the classic Coupeville thing to do. Great flavors here and the owners love the customers.

One of my very favorite places for ice cream in the whole world. Seriously. The flavor choices can be overwhelming. I highly recommend the coffee almond fudge and the wolf tracks. Take your ice cream down to the pier to enjoy the view and watch for sealife. We've been supporting this veteran-owned small business for years and now that we've moved away, we make a stop at least once (if not 3 times) every time we are in town.

Favorite ice cream ever. The owner and his wife are amazingly nice. This is not your basic Ice cream. Some of their flavors are homemade right across the street. Peanut butter swirl is a must try.

Wonderful find (that everyone knows about 😃). Driving North on Whidbey we always top at Coupville for ice cream and to walk the peer. The ice cream is served with an enthusiam and good spirit, that somehow always make it fast better. Good flavors too, different without being ...weird.

Delicious ice cream! A warm, friendly, and wonderful staff! They know that I work everyday until their closing time, so they actually stayed open late just so that I could get a come. That's the kind of personal care that they offer. You are more than just a customer, or a sale to them. You are the most important part of their day. I can't recommend them enough.

Today I stopped in after being referred over by Patsy at the Vail Wine Shop. The ice cream is delicious. The homemade waffle cone was the best I’ve ever had, and the customer service was great! It was nice to walk along the dock and enjoy my ice cream!

I'm from the east coast and had never heard of a marionberry until this trip west. I got marionberry cheesecake and was not disappointed. It was delicious!! The line coming out of this establishment looks long and might cause some to walk away. Don't walk away. This line moves very quickly due to a quick efficient staff.

Really delicious ice cream. Their homemade flavors are fantastic! And they have a couple of dairy-free sherbet options, which was great for my little one who can't have milk but loves ice cream.

Love this place! My kids favorite place to get a treat on a hot day, the staff is so friendly makes our visits there so enjoyable .
